Adrian
Mitchell has given more than a thousand performances of
his poems in theatres, colleges, pubs, prisons, streets,
public transport, cellars, clubs and schools of all
kinds. He has performed in the USA, Russia, Finland,
Switzerland, Chile, Singapore, Israel, Cuba, Germany,
Canada, Italy, Eire, Georgia, Malaysia, Spain, Holland,
Belgium, Austria, Malawi, South Africa, and Australia. He
has appeared at the National Theatre, Hackney Empire,
Festival Hall, Unicorn Theatre, Aldwych Theatre and the
Poetry Society. He has also read his poems many times on
